Alvin Robinson
Apostle Alvin J. Robinson an anointed vessel of God began serving Christ Jesus at an early age. A native of Hampton, VA he has been graced to be under anointed leaders of God. As a Servant of Jesus Christ, he always remained humble understanding that God has a purpose for his life and that’s to preach the Kingdom of God. As one who walks in humility, he never ceases to tell people about the good news of Jesus Christ and who he is in his life.
Apostle Robinson was ordained as an Elder in 2006 by the unction of the Holy Spirit at Mount Gilead Church under the leadership of Bishop Nancy B. Jenkins. In the same stead he served in the capacity as Associate Pastor for 7 years. As God was continuously guiding him in his purpose, he then joined Mount Gilead Pentecostal where he served as Associate Pastor under Pastor Thomas Ballard. Then in 2020 being called to a Pastoral position to lead Gods people to walk a Kingdom life. Yet again he answered the call of God on his life. Apostle Robinson now a leader at The Hope Center located in Hampton, Va. Where he teaches and preaches the gospel of the Kingdom of God unto salvation.
At a point in his life where his seek, craving, and hunger for God is so strong he is always thinking of others through praying, speaking and preaching to those who God has assigned to him and allows to come into his sphere of influence. Being called to an eternal work he continues to serve relentlessly with the grace, mercy and love that the father has bestowed upon him.
Apostle Robinson is the husband to one wife Shantrice Robinson. A Father to 5 beautiful adult children, 3 sons and 2 daughters.
Lady
Shantrice Robinson
Lady Shantrice Robinson a native of Chicago, Illinois was born to parents Willie and Alma Cobbins, Lexington, Mississippi. She is the youngest of her four siblings and grew up in Chicago. Lady Shantrice is the proud wife of Pastor Alvin Robinson and mother to five beautiful children. She graduated from Neal F. Simeon High School and furthered her education at Southern Illinois University. There she majored in Workforce Education and Development.
In October 2000, Lady Shantrice joined the United States Navy as an Operation Specialist. While in the US Navy, she operated in several roles and received numerous certification such as Field Training Officer, Recruiter, and FEMA Situational Awareness Certification.
Ministry Career:
At eight years old, Lady Robinson gave her life to Christ and was baptized. During her early age she was an active member and participated in several auxiliary at her local church which included the young adult choir and a member of the Essential to Women Christianhood.
Lady Robinson knew there was a call on her life to reach the lost souls for the Kingdom of God. Her goal was to be a beacon of light to those searching for a deeper walk in God. She was commission by God to start a prayer and Bible study with the young women while in the military.
Lady Shantrice Robinson experience in the corporate and military sector has anointed her to strategically develop solutions that dramatically improved efficiency, revenues margins, financial productivity and profitability with a defined and measurable plan for personnel and system management in the church arena.
Pastor
Rose Dixon
Pastor Rose Dixon is a native New Yorker. She is a woman of faith, that believes in God with all of her heart and Soul. She is an ordained Pastor of the gospel. She is the mother of one child, Paula Woodson. Pastor Rose is an author of the book” God’s Precious Jewels” and just completed her 2nd book “Follow the Plan. Pastor Rose is a woman of integrity in all areas of her life and with compassion, she has dealt with people of diverse backgrounds. Her heart goes out to the less fortunate. Pastor Rose believes that everybody is somebody and there are no lines drawn in the sand when it comes to lending a helping hand. Her faith expresses that nothing is impossible if you believe and if there is a will there is a way out of any situation.
